Bursting pressures for s/s pipe are as follows. The following rates are based on seamless pipe.
For welding pipe multiply by .85 (weld joint efficency factor). Rates are based on the 316L and the 304L grafes. For a quick approximate conversion from P.S.I. to Mpa simply take the P.S.I and divide by 145.
